Peng is a lead engineer at quantum black who leads frontline.ai’s infrastructure team. He has extensive experience across the full range of ML engineering, data science & cloud development. He also has experience in the retail and public health industries.

Before QB, he led the team to build the personalization engine to serve millions of customers in CVS Health. He holds a MS degree from the University of Chicago, where his research focused on machine learning and public health.

Sohrab Rahimi

Senior Expert

Sohrab leads Frontline.ai’s tech team. He is a Senior expert and leads data scientists in workforce management solutions. He has deep expertise in Machine Learning, focusing on forecasting methods, optimization, and model productionizing.

Sohrab has a PhD from Penn State, two master's degrees & is an active scholar with 10+ peer-reviewed data science publications.

Morissa Chen

Data Scientist II

Morissa is a Data Scientist based in New York with a background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She holds a M.S. in Data Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As part of Frontline.ai's tech team, Morissa is leading the development of Frotline.ai's Schedule Optimization ML models. She works closely with clients to deploy Frontline.ai and continuously improve our product to meet the needs of each unique use case.

Radis Jensethawat

Expert / Design Director

An award-winning designer with over fifteen years of professional experience in UX design and brand innovation. Radis has received numerous awards and recognition for his work from many respected international organizations, including IDSA, CORE77, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA).

He now leads the Frontline.AI design team, developing the platform's user interface that's easy to navigate and insightful.

Juan Jimenez

Senior Engineer II

Juan is a senior lead engineer spearheading the development of the frontline.ai client-side application. He has experience working on digital transformations across industries, applying his expertise in software development, data visualization, cloud engineering, and serverless architecture.

Juan has a strong passion for storytelling through data visualization, and he leverages his technical skillset and economics background to bring complex data sets to life.

Shreya is an Associate Partner based in New York and has expertise in tech and analytics-enabled operations and talent management.
